Evaluation Forms

All of us in medical education face the dilemma of minimizing subjectivity in the evaluation of our trainees.  A recent request of the APDS listserver served to stimulate discussion about evaluation forms.  Program Directors in general surgery and its related disciplines who give permission will have their evaluation forms listed on the APDS Web Site.
